Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • No makeup, hair, residue, scents, or damages (including try-on or alterations).
  • Refunds or Exchanges are only eligible on full priced items

Return Process

  • Request a return within 14 days of shipping via our returns portal using the QR code in your package or this link.
  • Use your order number (with a #) and the email address associated with the order to access the portal.
  • Include the original invoice and return/exchange form in your package.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returns reach us; courier issues must be resolved directly.
  • Refunds and store credits are processed within 14 working days (may take longer during busy periods).
  • We urge customers to NOT return items to any other outside of the one provided through the returns portal or given to you by our customer care team, as this will further delay the returns process and packages may not be retrievable. 
  • We are not responsible for any item(s) unsuccessfully returned back to our office; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returns delivery is successful. In the event of an unsuccessful item return we will not be liable to offer an exchange on the item(s).

  • USA/Canada: £35.00
  • UAE: £42.00
  • Rest of World: £52.00

Cancellations & Adjustments

  • Email customercare@wmnswear.com with your name, order number, and request within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • Requests may not be honored if the order is already with the shipment team.

Exchanges

  • Exchange for the same item in a different size by emailing customercare@wmnswear.com.
  • Additional shipping fees apply. Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Special Policies

  • Pre-Order/Made-to-Order Items: 3-6 weeks for production. Non-refundable; store credit only.
  • Faulty Items: Must be in original packaging with tags and ribbons intact.
  • Sale Items: No refunds or exchanges. All sales (including pop-ups, sample sales, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday) are final.
  • Store credit: Please note this is only valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date it is given.

Rejected Deliveries

  • Refused packages (e.g., unpaid taxes or failed delivery) will incur a return shipping fee, deducted from your refund or credit.

Return Refusal

  • Returns that fail to meet the above conditions will be rejected and sent back.
  • Deductions may apply for cleaning, repair, or restocking.
  • Repeated returns without valid reasons may lead to future return refusals.
  • Wardrobing evidence may result in legal action.
