1. Lost or Stolen Packages
WMNS WEAR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. For assistance, please contact DPD or DHL directly with your tracking number.
2. Sizing Guidance
Refer to the product description and sizing chart for measurements and model references. If unsure, contact us at customercare@wmnswear.com for help.
3. International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! See the Shipping & Care section for details.
4. Items That Don’t Fit
Check our sizing guide before purchasing. Refunds are unavailable, but we offer size exchanges (subject to availability). Refer to our Exchange Policy for more information.
5. Personal Information Usage
WMNS WEAR collects and uses your personal information securely. We never share or sell your data without consent.
6. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. Use the provided URL for real-time updates.
7. Delayed Orders
If your delivery is late:
- Check your email (including junk folder) for tracking updates.
- Contact the courier with your tracking number for assistance.
- Still unresolved? Email customercare@wmnswear.com for further help.
8. Missed Deliveries
Missed deliveries will be held at your local depot for a limited time. Unclaimed packages are returned to WMNS WEAR. Reshipping fees apply.
9. Pre-Order Items
Orders with pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once pre-ordered items are ready (up to 6 weeks).
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be emailed to customercare@wmnswear.com within 1 hour of purchase, including your full name and order number. Requests via social media are not accepted.
Black Friday Terms
- Delivery delays of up to 3 weeks may occur.
- All Black Friday sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.
